We are eagerly anticipating the arrival of our new Vicar Dylan Meyer.  He will be arriving the week of July 17th.  His induction will be at all the services that coming weekend. Everyone is invited to the Welcome Picnic for Vicar Dylan Meyer, Sunday, July 23rd from noon—2pm, at North Central Park, 830 E. Father's Day Weekend

This Sunday is the National Observance of Father's Day. We give thanks for faithful Fathers who have lead us to faith. We pray God's blessing upon all Father's and all those who wish to be Fathers.  We will celebrate with Donuts for Dad's Sunday morning at Zion.

On the Wednesday the Youth will get to meet our new vicar Dylan Meyer at youth group.  He will be in town next week for training at the Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch.

Youth attending TEC retreat

Eight youth from Zion along with three adults are attending the SHOW-ME LUTHERAN TEENS ENCOUNTER CHRIST retreat in St Louis. It should be a great 3 day event experience. Keep them in your prayers as they travel to and from St Louis and for them during the event.

We are celebrating Trinity Sunday this week as we are reminded of the wonder and mystery that is the Trinity Father, Son & Holy Spirit.
